Once again this year the festivities for Santa Eulàlia include Llum BCN. From Friday to Sunday, various sites in the city will be lit up in spectacular fashion. The projections and shows by renowned and prestigious light artists will be joined by creations by students at schools of art, design, illumination and architecture in the city at iconic courtyards are the Ciutat Vella district.
The Born CCM is the nerve centre for the festival, which this year pays special attention to young children, with activities designed for all the family to enjoy together, even well before it gets dark. This sixth edition of the festival features the guest artist Josep Maria Civit, director of photography and theatre lighting, who will be combining light and tradition in the exhibition ‘Les Laies’ at the Palau de la Virreina.
