How do I book an apartment?

It's very easy. All you have to do is follow the steps on our home page. You can also email us at info@serennia.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you want you can call us on the number given in the “contact” section.

How do I pay for the apartment? And if it’s a last minute booking?

To confirm the booking we will need an advance payment, by VISA or bank transfer, for 30% of the total cost. The balance will be paid on the day of your arrival. For last minute bookings, the full amount will be paid on arrival at the apartment.

How do I check-in to the apartment?

Someone from Serennia will be waiting for you at the building entrance. They will give you the apartment keys, show you how everything works and before leaving you to enjoy your visit, finalise payment. Arrival time at the apartments is 4pm, but if you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage with us or if the apartment is already available we can give you the keys earlier. A deposit of €150 must be paid, which will be returned on the day of your departure.

What time must the apartment be vacated?

Apartment check-out is at 10am. If you need to, you can leave your luggage in the building but you will be charged an extra €10. If you leave the apartment later than the established time you will be charged an extra day.

And if our arrival or departure time is midnight?

For arrivals between 10pm and 12pm or between 7am and 8am, there is an additional charge of €20. For arrivals or departures between 12pm and 7am there is a €50 charge.

Can we use the internet?

Yes, no problem. The apartment price includes internet connection. Depending on the building the connection is either broadband or wireless.

Do you allow pets?

No, no pets are allowed except for assistance animals for the disabled.

Why should I choose Serennia instead of a hotel?

The main difference between Serennia and a hotel is comfort. It's as if you were at home but in a different city. You have a fully-equipped kitchen, sitting room and bedrooms and if you like there is a cleaning service available.

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

This depends on how much notice you give us of the cancellation. You can read all the details about cancellations and fees in our terms and conditions section.
