This month sees the return of the trail around twelve Barcelona restaurants offering menus based on traditionally cured cod.
Bigger than a simple tapa and suitable for any time of day, the menus can be tasted at eighteen Barcelona restaurants. The trail, the ‘Ruta del Bacallà’, also aims to inform consumers about where to buy quality cod, guaranteed by the Guild of Codmongers, which certifies the quality of the product and its origin.
